A Functional Nutrition Assessment is for you if you’ve been struggling with chronic health symptoms and/or conditions and you’ve been trying to piece together a lot of overwhelming information from different sources and need support as you navigate instruction from your healthcare team. 

My intention is to work in partnership with you (and your healthcare team if needed), guiding you to uncover and connect the dots on how factors from your health history, living environment, and/or daily practices influence the current state of your health. 

The Process: 

1. You'll complete an in-depth questionnaire that I'll send to you after placing your order

2. Based on the information you provide, you'll receive:

• A Functional Timeline of your health history

• Your Functional Nutrition Matrix - a visual representation of the data you provide (pictured above)

• A recommended Action Plan with my recommendations and supporting resources (if applicable)
