In this episode, I’m joined by Dr. Helen Alderson.

Dr. Alderson is a dentist and a naturopath. She’s originally from Las Vegas and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1987 for dental school.  

Once out in the real world of dentistry, she discovered that many of the traditional paradigms of dental philosophies, treatments, and even anatomy were not necessarily accurate and often detractive to the general well being and health of individual and their teeth.  

So she continued her education and became a doctor of naturopathic medicine.
