Episode 003: Environmental Toxins and Your Health with Lara Adler

In this episode, I’m joined by Lara Adler.

Lara is an Environmental Toxins Expert, Educator, and a Certified Holistic Health Coach. She teaches practitioners within the health & wellness community to better understand the links between environmental chemicals and their impact on health issues - from weight gain and diabetes to thyroid disease and infertility - so they can more comprehensively support their clients and patients.

She also teaches health enthusiasts who are proactive about protecting their and their family's health & well-being, helping them achieve the peace of mind that they're doing the best they can.

Lara is deeply committed to peeling back the curtain and opening up the conversation about environmental toxins in a way that's informative, accessible, actionable and free from overwhelm.

I’m a student of Lara’s. Under her guidance, I’ve studied environmental toxins and how they influence and impact our health metabolically and hormonally. She has a wealth of information to share, and I’m so thrilled to have her on the show sharing her wisdom with all of us.

What I loved about learning from Lara is her sensible and practical approach to dealing with environmental toxins which you’ll hear all about in this interview.
